Cancellation window
You can cancel any order free of charge at any time before it is processed (packed for dispatch). Once an item has been processed it can no longer be cancelled; if it has already shipped, our Return Policy applies instead.
How to cancel
Open the order in the app or on the website and tap Cancel on the item. You can also email support@devchitra.com with your order number and we will cancel it for you.
Refunds
Cancelled items are refunded in full to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank. On a Cash on Delivery order, any amount paid online goes back to the original payment method, and any wallet balance used goes back to your wallet. If an order is cancelled after it has shipped, the refund is issued once the parcel is back at our warehouse.
After processing
Get in touch anyway and we will do what we can, but we cannot guarantee a cancellation at that point. Once an item has been processed it cannot be cancelled from your side. If it has already shipped, you can refuse the delivery or return it under our Return Policy.
