At Devchitra we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what control you have over it.
What we collect
When you shop with us we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and order history. Payment details are entered directly with our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
We also collect basic technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit.
Why we collect it
To process and deliver your orders, to contact you about an order, to handle returns and refunds, and to improve the site. With your consent, we also send occasional updates about new artwork and offers.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary, and only with providers who help us run the business: payment gateways to take payment, courier partners to deliver your order, and email and analytics providers. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections, to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message.
