Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, we email you the courier name and tracking number.
Delivery time
Most orders are delivered within 7-14 working days of dispatch, depending on your location. Remote pin codes may take longer.
Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery address. The exact amount is shown before you pay, so there is nothing added afterwards.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver across India. If your pin code is not serviceable you will be told at checkout.
On delivery
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, email support@devchitra.com within 48 hours with photographs and we will arrange a replacement. See our Return Policy for full details.
Delays
Once an order is with the courier, delivery timelines are in their hands. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, strikes, regional restrictions or other events outside our control, but we will help you track and chase any delayed shipment.
