Hey there, fellow art enthusiast! We at Devchitra totally get it - sometimes, even the most breathtaking art pieces might not find their perfect match in your space. That's why we've crafted our return policy to be as smooth as a brushstroke on canvas.

Return, Rethink, Reimagine

 

If you've received a photo tile that isn't quite vibing with your aesthetic, no worries! We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your Devchitra purchase, and if it's not making your heart skip a beat, it's time to return it.

 

Our 3-Step Return Tango

 

1. Step 1: Reach Out - Before you kick off the return process, shoot us an email at support@devchitra.com. Tell us what's not quite clicking, and we'll make sure to guide you through the process.

 

2. Step 2: Pack with Love - Grab that tile you'd like to return, wrap it up securely (no need for bubble wrap artistry), and pop it back in its original packaging. We love eco-friendly folks, so try to reuse what you can!

 

3. Step 3: Embark on an RVP (Return Voyage of Prestige) - Relax, our team will swing by to pick up the tile from your location and ensure it reaches us safely. Don't forget to hold onto that tracking number - it's your masterpiece's exclusive pass back to our creative hub.

 

Fine Art of Returns

 

Here's the nitty-gritty:

 

- You've got 10 days from the date of delivery to decide if your purchase is a keeper.

- Items must be in their original, unused condition. We can't hang up returned tiles, after all.

- Customized designs, unfortunately, can't join the return party. They're as unique as you!

- Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility, but if your tile arrived damaged, we'll gladly cover the return shipping.

 

Refund & Beyond

 

Once your artful return reaches us and we've inspected it (don't worry, we're quick), we'll process your refund or exchange your tile for something more in tune with your artistic sensibilities.

 

And because we're all about transparency here, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to dance its way back to your bank account.
